Pregnancy symptoms? ?

Amy • Tue, Mar 10 • 24yrs old have pcos. Had 1mc at 18. Delo injection fkr 4.5yrs off that for 12months * pregnant but was ectopic had emergency surgery losing my pregnancy and my right tube.

Does anyone else have days where they don't have any pregnancy symptoms. ? Is this normal
