I'm a white woman dating a black man and we get dirty looks like we are doing something wrong I can't believe in 2015 race is still a issue with some people? We were out to dinner and I over heard a black women saying that one that a white girl took away a black man from a black women? I don't understand why can't we just see people in love and be happy for them?

Don't worry about them. I'm also in an interracial relationship, opposite of yours and  people give dirty looks and say nasty things. Just try to focus on the positivity of your relationship; why you're with him in the first place, your love for one another. People will hate and be jealous regardless of what you do. Don't let others negativity break you guys.

I can relate! My hubby is Hawaiian and it's not accepted at all. There are parts of his family that call me awful racial slurs and it's just pathetic.

My brother's fiance is also black. Not only are they interracial, they are also homosexual.

Just be with him happily is all I can say. Ignore the haters because they don't let love be love.

I've had the same issues, it's so sad. I'm white and my partner is black ☺️...I'm not saying every black girl/woman is like this because most of them are lovely and I have a lot of girlfriends who are black, I just know I get 'looks' of girls when i'm with my partner and I know why I get them looks. Even my partner has said it's because they don't like white girls being with 'their men' 😂 it's so silly. It's also happened the other way around where a white man was staring out my partner with the typical boring comment 'your kind coming over here and taking our women' 😴 bore off! ...i've even worked with a girl who is white who said that it isn't right to mix races 😒😒 ...Racism is something that will always be around I think. Just carry on being happy and in love and others will learn from it 💗💗💗
