This is my first child and I can't help but feel like I'm going into this completely blind. My family doesn't have any young children in it and I've never been around babies. I don't really know anything at all. It stresses me out seeing all these products and gadgets people are buying because I have no idea what they are and why they use them. I mean did we really have wipe warmers 30 years ago when we were born? I'm kinda banking on my maternal instincts to handle everything along with advice from my mom. It's so daunting to think if I lay baby the wrong way it will hurt him in some way and if he doesn't get burped correctly he will fuss.
