Any ideas to help acne?

I have never really had that much trouble with acne since I was 14-15 but now I'm 20 years old and 10 weeks and 6 days pregnant and my skin feels out of control! It's so greasy and nasty feeling and I just don't know what to do, I was using a face wash but my ob told me to stop because of the chemicals in it, any suggestions? I'd be so greatful for any info!!

I started using Belli products. It's a pregnancy facial line for acne. I'm using the soap, spot treatment and moisturizer and am already seeing results! Good luck!

Face wash with salicylic acid is fine (yes it's related to aspirin which is bad for you but there isn't enough in regular face wash to be a concern unless you are leaving it on for 10 min). Tea tree oil is good for drying out pimples (though not as useful for preventing them).

I had a major breakout after getting pregnant and dropping my prescription acne medication. I had a pregnancy friendly facial which really helped level things out and my skin has been much better since then.

I'm right there with you to! Before being pregnant I had beautiful skin...but now, I get pimples on my back even 😩 it's so gross!! And my face has seen better days.

Following ... 13 weeks now and had the same problem all along :( I've tried exfoliating with natural scrub, witch hazel on the spots , matifying papers , mashed cucumber face mask and sea salt scrubs , it's not helping one bit but the matifying papers help absorb the grease and stop me being so oily I can't even wear foundation at the moment it makes it even worse :(

Any ideas to help acne?
