Did anyone get a REALLY dry mouth before BFP or in early pregnancy?

I'm 11 DPO and for the last few days my mouth has been beyond dry!!! I took a test a couple of days ago and BFN but I've never had a dry mouth like this before and I drink a ridiculous amount of water throughout the day and it just doesn't help it! I'm just wondering if this could be an early sign of pregnancy and if anyone else has experienced this? Thanks in advance! ☺️

The wierd thing is, I have got lots of saliva in my mouth, but my tongue and the roof of my mouth just feel like I've been eating spoonfuls of sand!! It's so strange, and I drink glass after glass of water and it feels no different after..

Yes I did, I asked on here if anyone had the same symptom and no one said they did. I thought I was getting diabetes lol

If anything you'd have more saliva. Nausea in pregnancy causes you to salivate more often because swallowing saliva makes you more nauseous or something.
