Hot yoga while pregnant?

Are there any avid yogis in here? I've read mixed reviews on continuing your hot Practise during pregnancy, just wondering of anyone has asked their physician?

My doctor said no. Regular yoga is fine.

My OB said absolutely NO hot yoga. :(  sorry!

I've heard that if you regularly did any kind of exercise before pregnancy it's okay to continue that exercise, but I also know you aren't supposed to raise our body temperature while pregnant and avoid saunas and hot tubs. I would take the milder classes where it isn't too hot or maybe just skip the hot and head to regular yoga. Inversions are okay to keep doing until your third trimester.
