Any Lydia Pinkham Success stories?

I will be ordering this soon. Me & the hubby are angel parents to a beautiful baby boy born at only 24 weeks (10.24.2013). Hoping for a rainbow. I have VERY irregular periods! So im thinking this will help me regulate my cycles & help me ovulate. They say "theres a baby in every bottle" & you have most chances of having a baby girl! :) I dont care about gender though, i just want our earth baby! :/
