Now a follow up question: do any of you ladies with irregular periods have children? Having problems conceiving? I had 2 miscarriages last year and I'm afraid to try again because of the chances that it just won't happen. Additionally, with the irregular period, I don't even know WHEN I can try. Anyone else?

Sometimes I go more than two months without a period. Sounds awesome but very scary if you're inconsistent with contraception.

Mine is because of a disorder I have..  there are times when I'll have a month long period... it is horrible.. just horrible

Mine used to be really irregular before I started taking birth control. Sometimes I wouldn't get it for months at a time and I was never really sexually active at the time. I started birth control right before my wedding and I've noticed they are way more regular now.

I have gone a full year without a period, then twice a year, now I am more regular at every 3 months.
