*sigh*

La

About a month and a half ago, one of my supervisors at work informed me I'd been chosen to train the newcomers. I have been training two new girls for about a month now, and both are incredibly dumb. They have been making mistake after mistake. We've all constantly been getting called into the office and I actually wrote a letter of recommendation to fire one of the girls. She will most likely be fired Thursday.

Anyway, being the trainer has been extremely stressful for me. I've been more aggravated, my patience has declined, I've been irritable, snappy, etc. I've told two of my supervisors--several times--that I did not volunteer to train the new hires and I don't want to do it anymore. They keep telling me to suck it up...I'm the only one qualified at the moment. I don't know what to do..I'm constantly stressed, hate going to work now, and am unhappy. I actually almost had a blow up with one of my supervisors over this on Saturday. What should I do??
