Sleeping position ?

I normal sleep on my side or my stomach & me and my hubby cuddle all night! Since I been prego I go to sleep on my side and wake up on my back . I'm told this is not a good position by friends , but I dunno what to do to fix it , and I don't like to be cuddle at all makes me feel like I'm suffocating ! Any suggestions ?

It's okay to sleep on your back until much later in your pregnancy.

Your body will let you know when it's not okay, you'll start to feel light headed, dizzy, etc.

This is because the weight of a nearly fully formed baby lies on some major blood vessels in your body when lying flat, which can make your blood pressure drop.

It doesn't really affect baby much and if you feel this way when you lie flat, just put a pillow in to wedge you at an angle or move onto either side when you can. Don't worry too much!
