Testing a day before AF due?

Question

How accurate do you guys think a HPT will be if I test the day before AF is due with FMU? Average 28 day cycles so I'm pretty regular, but I don't keep track of ovulation because we aren't trying but aren't preventing it either. Just kinda wanna know if I am now.

It's sooo hard to wait! I decided not to test anymore until AF is actually late, so the day after AF is due, which hasn't happened to me yet, because I'm always on time.

But most tests indicate that accuracy is highest on the first day of AF, so if you can't wait, I suggest doing it then.
