My cycle is normally 34 days. I am now reaching 48 days and still no menstrual cycle. I have taken many pregnancy tests and they've all said negative. Ive had no signs of pregnancy nor no signs of my menstral cycle starting. Is there possibly something else going on? Should I go to the doctors? I am 24yrs old, a bit overweight but not obese. No previous health issues.
