Pap normal but presence of squamous cells?!!

I'm 29 and have had regular, normal paps since 20. I had the HPV vax completed before 19. I'm horribly upset because a blood tech said my pap is normal, my hpv test is normal, but my pap showed some presence of squamous cells of undetermined sig. I can't reach the PA who did my pap. I just wonder whether I should get a second pap or whether the tech didn't know what she was talking about. I'm also concerned about how this could affect my fertility since I have no plans for a baby in the next several years. Anyone think a second pap is a good idea?
