Baby kicks at 16 weeks 2 days?

Question

I'm pregnant with my first, and just had my 16 week appointment this morning. Heard the heartbeat loud and clear!

Is it possible for me to be feeling the baby move already? I swear I felt a little flutter, almost like a muscle twitch. Doctor said I could just feeling gas bubbles, but this felt different than gas.

Most websites say that first time mothers usually don't feel anything until 20+ weeks unless they are thin. I'm tall (5' 11") and at a healthy BMI but I wouldn't consider myself "thin".  Am I imagining things? What's your experience?

I felt it at 16w1d... It was unmistakeable. I'd been paying attention to everything going on down there so I knew without a doubt! That was only Sunday and I haven't felt it since but now I know what to pay attention for!

Started feeling mine at 16w6d so I don't see why 16w2d wouldn't be possible! I was definitely feeling all gas up until that point and I knew it was gas, but as soon as I felt the movement/kicks, I could absolutely tell the difference.

I'm 19+3 and have only just started feeling flutters or little popping feelings. Waiting for the proper movents. Can't wait for it to happen :)

This s my first pregnancy and I felt my little girl starting at 15 weeks I didn't know it was her until my dr told me ! He explained that I have a posterior placenta ( it's on the back wall of my uterus) so there is nothing between her and me ! I am 17 weeks now and she is getting more active every day!

This is my first pregnancy and I'm having twins, I could feel them moving as early as 12 weeks, I'm now 18 weeks and if I sit there and watch my tummy I can see them do little kicks and I can see little parts of my belly bounce up. And I know it's not my heart beat Cus these little kicks are very slight and I can only see them when I feel the babies kicking around.

You'll know the difference when you fully feel the baby move. I'm small and have felt mine move for a few wks now. (Almost  @19wks). I first felt baby move after a wonderful meal of garlic parm wings. I swear it did a flip, but that was all I felt for a week or so. Felt baby move random times since. Not every day. Feels like a very odd but awesome flutter :) I'm starting to feel baby move more and more every day. It is a pretty amazing feeling.

Very possible! I'm in my second pregnancy with twins and felt flutters around 13 weeks and felt little kicks at 14-15 weeks
