How can I make myself start my period? I'm two weeks late and need to start ASAP.

Drink a TON of pineapple juice and then a cup of strong parsley tea.

I have to be bedridden on the first day of mine, which really sucks for my job. I've tried this out and it works within 24 hours.

The only down side is that you can't do it very often :/ cuz your body gets used to it and then it doesn't work.

Sex can help with increasing the blood flow to the vagina which in turn can trigger your late period. This will not typically help to start your period early.
