Ovulation and bd advice needed!
If i ovulate on friday then should i be bd'ing on fri and sat or thurs and fri? It's confusing!
I read it should be every two days which we do on our fertile week right up to ovulation. Then i get confused! Is ovulation day most important? And the day before or after better for increasing chances?
