Smoking during pregnancy?

Is anyone smoking during their pregnancy? I'm trying so hard to quit but I don't want to stress my baby out because I'm stressed out! 😔😰

The effects of smoking while pregnant is going to be FAR more damaging than the effects of stress. Please protect that innocent life inside of you. Don't be selfish and hurt your own unborn baby.
Google what will happen to your child if you keep smoking. Look at those terrible pictures and stories every day if that's what will get it through your head.

To help you quit just keep telling yourself how dangerous the cigarette you are about to smoke is to your growing baby. Just one thing smoking causes is pre mature birth. Look up pictures and imagine yourself and your baby having to go through the nicu. Or your baby being born with breathing problems and spending it's days inside with a nebulizer while its friends are outside playing.

You can quit. You have a precious life that is already counting on you to grow up strong.

I quit cold turkey also as soon as i missed my period. (Mine have never been late at all so i knew right away) . Honestly, it was hard to control the urges to go smoke one, but its worth it. The first week is the hardest, then you dont even think about it all that much.
