I drink water throughout the day and I don't eat much chocolate. What have you heard about having one cup of coffee a day?

Hard core coffee addict here drank 4/5 cups a day with both my pregnancies have two very healthy boys 3 and 1

I've heard a cup of coffee is fine as long as you aren't getting too much caffeine from other sources (tea, chocolate, etc).

My dr said under 200mg/day of caffeine

Today I talked to my doctor about it. I'm high risk and she said one coffee or one soda a day is ok. I trust her. She's a very good doctor at a top hospital.
