My daughters problems.

So my daughter is 14. Got her period yesterday finally lol :) and i have no idea whats going on with her ? She has a 101.1 temperature , A cough that sounds like a trumpet or a horn ? , she spits up mucus and just now had diarrhea ? when she coughs , i can hear the mucus in her chest. Does anyone know whats going on here or anyone ever related to it ?
