before i start my period i fuss about everything & anything, who else is like this ?

I'm calmer now, but man I used to turn into dragon lady once a month! It's a natural part of PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome). Talk to your doctor. You may need some help with hormones to ease you through that time. You may also want to schedule in a little more alone time and fewer activities. You can even communicate to the people closest to you in your life that you have a problem with sensitivity and temper at 'x' days of each month and ask them to be aware, patient, and more considerate at that time. A dear friend's mom, when I was growing up made sure her husband had her periods marked on his calendar. He knew to be more sensitive of his wife during those times.
