Sonography, radiology, gross careers?

I need help! I am in my first year of college. I am going to a college in which they only offer your associates degree. I was going to go for nursing,but I just can't handle the vomit and grossness. Do ultra sound techs or xray techs deal with vomit? Poop doesn't bother me that much, but anything dealing with vomiting, slobbering, gagging, I can't do.

I mean if you're in the medical field you're going to see it so I suggest you pick another career

Yes. You will see it all in the medical field. You won't be doing X-rays or ultrasounds on only healthy patients, it will be very sick patients too. I would say go for PTA but you may deal with vomit too. Good luck!

You could be an X-ray tech and specialize in something. I don't think you're going to see vomit or anything if you're at a dr office or something like that. Hospital yes but otherwise I wouldn't think so. Plus you could do like ultrasounds for babies (fertility clinics) mammograms. There's a lot of options

Can you deak with diarrhea? That's poop that looks like vomit. You will be seeing and smelling a lot of things you'd like to forget. I opted out!
