Anybody suffer with insomnia?
Since I've had my first child 4 years ago I've been suffering with insomnia. We are TTC baby #2, but our schedules are so off and I feel my insomnia is affecting it. I've tried a lot of over the counter remedies and teas, but either they don't work (the teas) or I get some kind of allergic reaction (ZZzquil makes me itch). I try to avoid prescription sleeping meds (which I have used before, but I feel it's best if I don't). I've been told to do breathing exercises (yeah, I still can't shut my mind off). I CrossFit 3 times a week, which consist of cardio and weightlifting, even on my hardest days I STILL can't fall asleep. I recently started taking an over the counter med called Tranquil, but now it's given me restless leg syndrome! Help!!! Suggestions anybody. This is affecting my entire life and lifestyle.
