This is my first  pregnancy, the doctor said im about 9-10 weeks :) in a few days I have my first real appointment, she mentioned giving family history & getting a full exam, (Pap smear, giving blood, etc..) I figured I would be getting an ultra sound but I asked and she said no not that day. :,( Will I be able to hear the heartbeat that day at least?? Any details on how the first apt goes? Im so nervous!
