Glow changed my period date to the 20th (was 18th). I've been cramping today; even went once to see if Id started; anyone else experiencing this?

That's a good sign... Menstrual like cramps (without spotting) was a big sign for me in my first pregnancy! I would even physically feel like my period had come, but nothing was ever there when I went to check...
