I have a regular 28-29 day period. I don't have excessive pain or cramping and it went back to normal quickly after coming off Nuvaring, within 3 months.

Is having a regular like clockwork period a sure sign of ovulation? I just started using opks this month to suss out when I ovulate, but is it safe to assume I AM in fact ovukating at some point?

Wondering if anyone here has more information than I do on this one.
