So Ive been taking Rainbow Light prenatals all along... And i FINaLLY had a Dr sppt yesterday 8w 3d and she says make sure it has dHA.... I dunno why i didnt realize but i just double checked snd I dont think it does!!😭 i have anxiety now ... Ill go get a different one but i hope i didnt do any damage to the baby!!! Still have to wait u til the 17th for my first scan!!! Praying all is well... What vitamin should I get???
