when do I get my ultrasounds !

Question

I only got one ultrasound, ONE picture only because I had to get an emergency ultrasound. Other than my genetic testing US I don't get any at all. I haven't had my appointment for maternal fetal medicine yet and the day I have it I will be 20 weeks. I decided to do genetic testings for my baby for US (as selfish as that sounds) and for my baby's health.. with my LO I had US every visit since I was high risk. And this pregnancy I have appts every two weeks and only listen to my baby's heart beat for 5 seconds. Anyone else??

I haven't had one ultrasound yet sadly :( I will hopefully in a few weeks when we find out the sex. I can't wait to finally see a glimpse of our baby

I got the dating one at 9 weeks, end of first tri/NT scan at 11 weeks.
My 20 week anatomy scan is next week.
I think I get 28, 36, and that's it.

Would the US be covered once you meet your insurance deductible?

Honestly just sounds like a bad ultrasound tech/doctors office that you chose. But sometimes it depends on the type of insurance you had. Originally I was only allowed 3 ultrasounds throughout my current pregnancy but after having to go to the ER plenty of times in early pregnancy/overnight hospital stays, my pregnancy became high risk and now I get them much more often. I even have a mandatory ultrasound coming up in 2 weeks to determine if I have to have a c-section at 37 weeks. I guess it all depends!

I received my first one at 8 weeks (when they confirmed my pregnancy),  another pic 3-4 weeks later at my second appt ( according to my drs office, that will be my last one at the office and they have to send me out for future u/s, from here i only get to hear the heart beat). My third pic was at another office when i had my NT testing. April 20th is my anatomy scan, so i hope to get some pics then bc i find out the gender!!

I have an appointment every 3 weeks and every time I go I see the baby and get pictures. My doctor likes to see the baby growing and make sure everything is good and no surprises .

My old doctor only did the heart beat and it annoyed me because how can you know the baby is at right size and all that .

I'm only getting two total, I had one at almost 10 weeks, and will have another at 20 weeks. It would be nice to see the baby more, but I'm thankful I'm not high risk.

I've had 3 by my doctor. One at 12 weeks for genetic testing, one at 20 weeks for anatomy scan & one at 30 weeks to check his growth. I won't be having another unless something happens - he's head down and measuring on time. As of now, there's no medical reason for me to have one. However, I've had 2 private ultrasounds.
