Help!
I'm pregnant with first. I started having morning sickness (nausea throughout the day, no vomiting) at exactly 6 weeks. I'm 6w6d today and I've had less nausea, mild intermittent cramps, and a little brown spotting. I'm panicking a bit...help! Transvaginal ultrasound is scheduled for tomorrow at 11am...
