Shoulder pain after period
I get really severe pain in my shoulders and neck and subsequent headaches. I just noticed that this seems to occur every month the day or two after my period. Does this happen to anyone else? I imagine it's related to hormones. It ruins my whole day, any suggestions for how others deal with this would really help.
