If it was a girl it would have showed 3 parallel lines indicating the folds of her vulva, and they're usually pretty prominent lines. I see no lines here and the genitals are in front of the umbilical chord in this photo, therefore the umbilical wouldn't be blocking the lines if it was a girl. So I think it's safe to say that's your little boys man parts.
