Preg test question

So Monday I went to the doctor for a cyst and told them I may be preg. They only gave me a pee test and it came back neg. Today I took one and its positive. Is that possible that my levels have risen between 3 days? The pic was before 3 minutes was up...This was our first time trying again after a miscarriage so I am nervous to be excited.
