I read a huge exposé a few years ago on adoptive parents who adopt children, usually from overseas, and when they can't handle them anymore, they just find them another family. This was in the news again just recently when Rep. Justin Harris of Arkansas, did this with two girls he and his wife adopted, one of whom was then abused in the new home. What do you think? Should adoptive parents be able to "rehome" a child when things get difficult?
