I get nausea every time I eat and been getting lower back and lower stomach pain especially in the right side  headaches and exhausted any idea what can be causing this issue

That's not your kidneys. Trust me I've had 2 severe kidney infections that resulted from uti's. And you sound like you might be pregnant. Because with a kidney infection you're still hungry and the pain is only in your back right below your ribs
