Love is or not is a decision?

I think the love is a decision, because when you decide to love in the good times and bad, just love no matter what happens...

And you, what are you think?

I think both; you shouldn't decide to "fall in love" with someone. That should happen naturally. But staying in love and in a relationship is a choice. You wake up every day and choose that person, choose to love. If you don't you will always find other things that pull you away. You have to decide to choose devotion and commitment. Choose love.

You can't help who you love, it's just a matter if you decide to act on that love.

You have no control over who you are attracted to; it's hormones. That is really more "falling in lust," even if you don't think it's all about sex. You can choose to act on the attraction, releasing more hormones including ones for bonding and satisfaction. You can choose to stay with someone, but staying with them doesn't automatically mean your love will grow, develop, or change from whatever you're feeling when you choose to stay. Love is complicated, and relationships change over time. Someone can try really hard to be interested in, committed to, or in love with a person, but it isn't solely a choice. If the hormone and chemistry aren't there, you can't force it. If there are serious personality differences, there's only so much that chemistry can overcome.

Tldr: love is not a choice, but relationships are.

I think it's both. You shouldn't force it, but sometimes yes. It's deciding that you will stick to your SO through the bad times just as much as the good ones.

I definitely didn't choose to love my husband when I met him. He was married and I was with a friend of his, I felt AWFUL about it and refused to talk to him most of the time

Its not a decision.  BUT if treated badly I can love from a distance and move on to better things. Love is love but it doesnt tell me what to do.
