Subcronical bleed at 10 weeks

Last night I went to the ER due to having a stream of blood coming out of me... As I had miscarried before I was scared. I went to ultra sound and found out that the baby is doing great had a strong heart beat between 160-162. Just that my small bleeds had combined into one big one. Which was told to stay on bed rest for 4 days and hope it goes away. Has anyone else been thru this and what was the outcome and what is the best way to deal with this.
