Alcohol during pregnancy????

Is it safe or okay to have a glas off wine or couple of beers a week while pregnant? Wanna know before I start drinking.... Been stressing lately

No. Would you give alcohol to a newborn baby? I sincerely hope not. So why do it now when their immune system isn't even developed enough to that? It's too risky and the health of your baby should be more important.

There is no known safe amount of alcohol during pregnancy. Any you drink is just a risk you choose to take. Keep in mind that just because one woman drank during pregnancy and her kid was fine doesn't mean it will work out the same for you.

Just avoid it.  I drink dealcoholized wine. Had a few glasses with dinner, and I had a glass in a bubble bath. Tastes exactly the same.

Ask your doctor. My midwife says 1/2 to 1 glass of wine is ok. Beer is a no no

Even if I wanted to my husband would not let me. Non alcoholic beverages at the most. Its what's best for baby right now.My wants come last place from here on till I'm long gone.

Please tell me this isn't a legitimate question?! Of course it's not safe to be drinking while pregnant...this the warning label on all alcoholic beverages. 
I've heard a sip or two of wine in your last trimester is ok but not on a regular basis!

I thought a glass of wine now and again was ok... Until I watched Exposure: feral alcohol syndrome - mothers who drink

... It showed ultrasounds with and without a glass of wine consumed and the results were mental .... I've drunk once or twice during this pregnancy too.... It's so bad I wish I could show people ... But it's your body your baby so up to you.... But it's proven that it IS harmful even in small doses so I figure is it worth it? Why bother?
