Confused.

So I got my period a day early but it's been very light, hardly anything on my pad but blood when I wipe with tiny clots. I took 2 hpt a couple days ago but they were unclear. It also almost feels like I have a UTI, I have to constantly pee or feel like I have to pee but there's no burning or pain. What do you guys think it is?
