DPO - what's that mean???

When people say they are DPO how do you calculate that?

By taking your BBT you will know exactly when you have ovulated. From there you will be able to know how many days past ovulation you are. Glow automatically says you ovulated the 2nd to last day of your fertile window but by checking your temp daily you will know if that's accurate.  BBT- basal body temperature DPO- days past ovulation

Glow doesn't do a lot to help you pinpoint ovulation. Chatting by hand or with another app may be more useful. Also read about fertility awareness method.
