Need some insight. Please help

We been ttc a year now. One endo opp down. Just did semen test thurs. Will find out results next tues at fertility appointment. He told me after my surgury that i have slight pcos and will have to go on clomid. Its $300 a round over here in nz. Any sucess stories??? Would love to hear them. What do you do if hes not working properly??
