Has anyone tried fertilaid?

I have pcos been TTC for almost a year and a half, I am on metformin but has anyone had any luck with fertilaid??? I go back to dr in July to discuss starting clomid/ other options wanted to try to conceive naturally first! Any other advice is welcome!!!!!

I trued Fertilaid in combination with OvaBoost. I would recommend an extra tea spoon of Myo-Inositol in the morning, though, because the recommended dose is 4g a day, there is 2 in OvaBoost. I would also look into FertileCM or take NAC on its own. I believe these measures have helped me. That, low carb and meticulous monitoring of ovulation parameters over months.

The main ingredients of Fairhaven Health products are backed up by medical studies, a lot of info can be found collected on the Miscarriage Research site.

Whether you take their products or gather the supplements on your own, is your prerogative.

But why not give it a shot. Its cheaper than Chlomid etc., and you can still go down that road later. And NAC, the main ingredient in FertileCM, has been shown to increase the success rate of medicated cycles and lower the miscarriage numbers.

But please do your own research and discuss your health with your doctor!

I hadn't had a period in 7 months and I tried 
Pregnitude  along with cardio for 30 minutes a day and tweaked my eating habits a bit and a month later got my period..not preggers yet  but just having af  show up is exciting
