Have you whitened your teeth while pregnant?

Everything online says opposite things. I'm feeling down about my body and I feel like brightening my smile will boost my spirits, but of course baby's health is my #1 concern.

My dentist said it wasn't safe during pregnancy.

It depends on what is used. Worked for a teeth whitening clinic that used all plant based product but there are so many nasty chemicals out there. If you feel it's necessary, do your research and talk to your doctor.

Yes but I use activated charcoal. It is 100% safe and works much much better than bleach anyway.

I was contemplating trying the Pinterest homemade whitener... That uses peroxide and baking soda with toothpaste but haven't decided yet.
