Is it too soon to be showing

Im 6 tomorrow, i haven't been to the doctors yet..(im just goin on what glow says)and I feel like thats wrong because my clothes are tight and I see the little bump and ive been wearing over sized sweatshirts so no one will see... is it all in my head or could i be further along
