Do you really need a connection?

Well I was dumped today because I didn't have an connection. We could have talked about this but instead he broke it off.... I was doing all I can but all he had to do was talk to me about this so do every couple need a connection right then and there or should they let it grow?

Maybe he didn't feel that connection with you. Its either there or it isnt

There should be a beginning spark yes, When I first met my bf, I was talking to this other guy, but I broke it off with him because I was beginning to feel more connected to my now bf

I dunno, to an extent, there needs to be some kind of spark that you build off of from there.

I went out with a wonderful guy who I really liked as a person and enjoyed hanging out with, but I told him "it" just wasn't there for me. And I felt horrible because personality-wise, we really got along great and had a lot in common.

I felt bad about that til I met my now-bf and we talked for weeks before meeting, and when we did, BAM, spark. Instantly. That was exactly what I was waiting for. 😊 Hopefully you find that with the next guy!
