What to trust to know when I'm ovulating?

I got a positive ovulation test yesterday, as well as, my cf fluid was like egg whites. But tonight I'm experiencing light cramps and a backache. My husband has a low sex drive so timing is everything. I was curious for others opinions as to what I should trust more. If you have a specific reason for trusting one more please share. Thanks!
