Light period reasons?

My period has been in exceptionally light this month. Since this isn't typically normal for me, it's a little concerning to me.

I've had the typical pms symptoms but am a little unsure as to why I'm having a significantly lighter period.

Any suggestions?

As long as it came on time, you have nothing to worry about.

Stress, change in diet, more excersise, birth control, and sometimes for no known reason our periods will get heavier or lighter then normal.
