When people get bfp on 10dpo..

Does this mean implantation occurred pretty early? I have a shorter luteal phase so seeing people get a bfp on 10dpo gives me hope lol

I have a 10-11 day luteal phase and got my BFP at 10 dpo. There is no way to confirm this but I "felt" implantation (weird one sided-cramping) at 9dpo and the next morning, Boom! There was the second line. So It is totally possible. Good luck to you!!!

I've read that hormones start really building up after implantation, and you can get a positive as 2 days after implantation, which means if you implant 8 dpo, you could theoretically get an early positive at 10 dpo. I also know they say the earliest you can expect implantation is 6 dpo, averaging between like 8 and 12. It really gives me hope to see early positives, too, the tww drives me nuts!!! Good luck!!!
