I've had this rash on my leg for 4 months. It does not itch or anything just red marks anyone know what this is?

It may be eczema or dry skin from the winter weather. Certain allergies can cause eczema, and medications can cause rashes like that too if you're taking anything. I have eczema and use a body scrub and moisturize my skin after getting out of the shower and it seems to help a lot.

Looks like a firm of psoriasis. I have it in different forms on my body.  Always have. My niece and son both have it to. 
That's what it looks like to me. It will come and go throughout your life. With different seasons and years. 
You can go to a dermatologist if it bothers you and they can give you a topical steroid to help it go away.
