If I take a test on my missed period day is it possible to get a false positive?

You could possible get a good result. Test first thing in the morning. But for what I've been told by doctors.... There is no such thing as false positive. Only false negative. Good luck

Usually if u test on the day of your missed period u usually get accurate result good luck 😁
