Pubic (bone) pain

Ugh! I don't know what to do! I'm going crazy! This pain is so annoying and painful! With my first pregnancy I didn't develop this pain till I was later in my second trimester. But now 16 weeks with twins I've been having this pain for a while now! Ob says to just take Tylenol. But it doesn't help! My first pregnancy my dr prescribed me Tylenol with codeine and I never took them thinking maybe it was going to be too strong. But now I'm considering taking something stronger then just Tylenol. Any help or advice anyone?
