Control freeeeakkk

Anyone else out there a control freak?? A lot of people say I'm bossy and extremely hard headed...mainly my husband and coworkers. However, I must be doing something right because I'm one of the trainers at work and have recently written a four page document that they are thinking of adding to policy. I'm one of those people that believes "you'll do what I say, when I tell you to do it." Of course, I kind of have to have that mentality because I'm in law enforcement.

Any other control freaks out there? Do you feel it is a good thing or bad thing?
